Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using SrvQube, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The Service

SrvQube provides cloud-based point-of-sale software for retail businesses in Pakistan. Access is granted after onboarding by our team.

3. Subscription and Payment

• Subscription fees are charged monthly or yearly as agreed during onboarding
• Payment is due at the start of each billing period
• We reserve the right to suspend access for non-payment after 7 days notice
• No refunds for partial months

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other businesses' data
• Reverse engineer or copy the software
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties

5. Data Ownership

You own your business data. We process it to provide the service. You can request a full export at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

SrvQube is not liable for lost sales, data loss due to user error, or any indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 30 days.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days notice. You may cancel anytime from your settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 14 days notice via email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
